From tribute concerts to Ray Charles and Bob Dylan to a youth ballet performance of “The Nutcracker,” there are 10 shows on the upcoming Arts Alive! series.
Fox Cities Performing Arts Center President Maria Van Laanen says they’re also bringing in a group called “it gets better” in February of next year.
She says members will be in the area for a week, and they’ll work with students and community members, and talk about the importance of inclusion. She says it will culminate with a performance at the PAC with a community choir.
The next Spotlight Series features a look back at the Live in Central Park show by Simon and Garfunkel in November. Also in November, there are one-man parody shows….of the Star Wars and Marvel movies.
