A woman charged in connection to the Victoria Prokopovitz investigation is now accused of communicating with her jailed boyfriend through a back channel.
Sixty-seven-year-old Kathy Friday is a facing one count of felony bail jumping.
Brown County prosecutors say she used another person to communicate with James Prokopovitz, while he waits to stand trial for the murder of his wife, Victoria. He was arrested, with Friday, in May.
Friday is charged with two counts of perjury, and one count of obstructing police, after she testified during a “John Doe” hearing into Victoria’s disappearance. One of her bond conditions banned her from talking with James.
