A fundraiser is scheduled for a four-year-old Appleton boy who needs a heart transplant.
Aaron Wheeler’s mother Miracle says her son only has half of his heart. He was nine-days old when he had his first open heart surgery. He’s had two surgeries in total and doctors say his heart is too weak for a third one.
His family is hosting an event called “Aaron’s Heart-o-Rama” on Valentines Day to support him and other children with Congenital Heart Disease. The carnival themed event will be held at the Grand Meridian in Appleton.
