The trial of a Brown County man accused of killing his missing wife is delayed until next week. This would have been day four of the trial of James Prokopovitz. Judge Timothy Hinkfuss will not be in court until Monday after suffering a broken ankle that will require surgery. How Hinkfuss broke his ankle has not been detailed. Prokopovitz is charged with First Degree Intentional Homicide and Perjury. His wife–Victoria–has not been seen since August of 2013. Her body has never been found.
