The Department of Transportation is weighing in on the total and partial eclipse of the sun many will see on Monday.
Director of transportation safety David Pabst says people will pull to the side to watch the eclipse and cause traffic issues.
He says people should use their common sense and never stop along the road unless there’s an emergency.
