A 70-year-old Fond du Lac man is in custody.
He’s suspected of shooting an Oshkosh man yesterday in Fond du Lac.
Police were called to a home in the 500 block of East Division Street and found the 49-year-old victim.
He was taken to Saint Agnes Hospital and then flown to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee.
Police say they aren’t looking for additional suspects.
