A Republican Congressman from northeast Wisconsin hopes there are things lawmakers can work together on, after President Trump’s impeachment trial is over.
Congressman Glenn Grothman of Glenbulah wants lawmakers to pass prescription drug reform in the next few months. But he wonders if Democrats will let the president to get some wins, before the election.
Grothman says lawmakers started reserving their seats much earlier for the president’s State of the Union address last night. He says he got there around 11:30 a.m., hoping to claim an aisle seat to get a better view of the president. He says they were already gone, and he decided to sit in back, so he could see the gallery.
Grothman was a guest on AM Fox Valley this morning.
