Green Fire Screening and Discussion

As part of Appleton Public Library’s Earth Week celebration, the library is partnering with Wisconsin Public Television to offer a free public screening of the documentary Green Fire: Aldo Leopold and a Land Ethic for Our Time.

The screening will be followed by a facilitated discussion of the film’s subject matter with Dr. Teresa Weglarz, senior lecturer, Biological Sciences, UW-Fox Valley.

For more information, contact Appleton Public Library at 920-832-6173. The film shares highlights from Leopold’s life and career, explaining how he shaped conservation in the 20th century and still inspires people today.
