Miss Wisconsin goes for two in a row Saturday

In your best Bert Parks voice sing along with me now....

"There she is....Miss America"

The Miss America pageant will be held in Vegas Saturday night, on TV opposite the Green Bay Packers. Being a pageant junkie I'm almost torn, but the Packers win out. I'll record Miss America.

Can a Miss Wisconsin win it two years in a row?

There's our hope, Kate Gorman, who is scheduled to be my guest on the PhilCast today right after the 4:00 news.

It has been done before....same state with back-to-back wins, but not often and not lately.

We shall see.

Could be a big weekend for the Badger State--the Packers win and so does Kate?!
